How Kneu works
Our original name, Neu Health, reflected our focus on neurology. As we expand globally, we’ve become Kneu — a distinct name that signals knowledge (“knew”) and expertise, while keeping neurology at our core. It marks the next chapter in our mission to raise the standard of neurological care with clarity, credibility, and purpose.
Parkinson’s disease
Kneu tracks motor and non-motor symptoms objectively over time through patients’ own smartphones, giving clinicians a clearer, more accurate view between appointments. This enables earlier, more proactive care, reduces uncertainty around symptoms, and shows how well medications are working in real time.
Dementia
Kneu integrates cognitive, motor, and psychosocial assessment with medication adherence tracking via patients’ smartphones. This provides clinicians with greater visibility of a patient’s decline between visits, supporting earlier intervention and helping to reduce unnecessary hospital admissions.
Patients & Caregivers
Kneu is a digital health platform designed to support people living with neurological conditions. It helps you and your caregiver by tracking your health, symptoms, and daily experiences, then sharing this information with your clinical team. This gives your clinician a richer picture of your wellbeing, helping them tailor your care more effectively.

Built on over a decade of Oxford research, Kneu turns everyday phones into powerful tools for continuous, objective monitoring, without the burden of complex devices or the limitations of one-off virtual visits.
