Kneu Health Deepens Operational Leadership to Scale Precision Neurology Across U.S. and UK Health Systems
  • Camilla Sood, former General Counsel at JD Healthcare Group, appointed Head of Legal; Alessia Nannetti joins as Quality and Regulatory Lead from Zimmer Biomet
  • Both leaders join as Kneu Health expands its U.S. commercial presence alongside continued growth across NHS deployments
  • Hires reflect Kneu's focus on pairing clinical innovation with the legal, regulatory, and compliance rigor expected by health systems and regulators

LONDON, May 19, 2026 — Kneu Health, a precision neurology platform for Parkinson's and dementia, today announced the appointment of two senior leaders to its growing executive team: Camilla Sood as Head of Legal and Alessia Nannetti as Quality and Regulatory Lead. These strategic hires operate across both the U.S. and UK markets and strengthen the company's ability to deliver high-quality, trustworthy data and data security as it continues to mature and scale across complex risk and regulatory environments.

Previously General Counsel at JD Healthcare Group, Sood is a seasoned legal executive with experience across life sciences, healthtech, and SaaS organizations, and has built and scaled U.S. and UK-based legal and compliance frameworks. Nannetti, most recently at Zimmer Biomet, brings regulatory and quality expertise spanning FDA, EMA, and international compliance guidelines. She has experience leading regulatory authority inquiries and supporting audit and risk management processes across the full medical device lifecycle. Together they further expand Kneu Health's growing executive team, including recent appointee Jo Lim, U.S. General Manager.

These appointments reflect Kneu Health's conviction that clinical innovation and operational integrity must advance together. Having achieved FDA 510(k) clearance for smartphone-based Parkinson's tremor measurement and launching pilots at Cedars-Sinai and Mass General Brigham, the company is now scaling its leadership infrastructure to match the ambition of its clinical progress. Sood and Nannetti's appointments create the organizational foundation needed to deliver the rigorous compliance and quality standards expected by health systems, regulators, and patients across markets.

"As the healthcare industry moves toward operationalizing continuous neurological monitoring and care, we need to scale responsibly, with an organization that reflects the accountability and integrity this field demands," said Caroline Cake, CEO of Kneu Health. "By strengthening our legal, regulatory, and quality expertise alongside our clinical and operational expertise, we are building a company that health systems, clinicians, and care teams can rely on to deliver neurological care safely, compliantly, and with lasting confidence."

Parkinson's is the fastest-growing neurological disease worldwide, while dementia cases are projected to triple by 2050, underscoring an urgent and growing need for more responsive neurological care. Where conventional models offer only periodic specialist encounters, Kneu Health's platform surfaces early signals through continuous analysis of speech, movement, and cognition. The platform is grounded in over a decade of Oxford longitudinal research and tested across hundreds of thousands of real-world digital assessments in U.S. and NHS settings. Early NHS deployments have demonstrated 30% efficiency gains, reductions in emergency admissions, and the equivalent of 1,000 bed days saved at a single provider, alongside patients reporting up to 30% improvement in confidence and self-management.
