About the Project: Innovating Parkinson's Care with Kneu Health
Facilitated by Health Innovation East (HIE), the East Suffolk and North Essex Foundation Trust (ESNEFT) has adopted Kneu Health's Kneu Platform to revolutionise care for people with Parkinson's Disease (PD). By utilising smartphone-based monitoring, AI and machine learning algorithms, and a clinician-facing dashboard, clinicians are equipped with longitudinal data, enabling proactive clinical decision-making. This integration has led to reported improvements in patient care, clinic efficiency, and overall patient experience. Through seamless digital transformation, this collaboration exemplifies how digitising patient care can reshape healthcare delivery, ultimately providing better outcomes for both patients and staff across the NHS.
Caroline Cake, Co-Founder and CEO, commented, "We are delighted to be shortlisted for the Digitising Patient Care Award at the HSJ Awards 2024.
